The GUIDs Tool
If you have one (or several) *.GUD File(s) in your RosASmFiles Folder, the [SideKick] Menu will show you a [GUIDs] Option for copying these materials into the ClipBoard, or for pasting them directly into your Source (Double-Click selection available).
This Menu Option is activated after you have loaded a File in the Source Editor.
GUID stands for 'Guaranted unic ID'.
Organization of the File
The .GUD File organization is as such:
[&name_name: DWORD WORD WORD BYTE BYTE BYTE BYTE BYTE BYTE BYTE BYTE]
[.Offset4
.Offset5
...
.OffsetX]
[Equate1 0x
Equate2 0x
....
EquateX 0x]
[Equate1 0x
Equate2 0x
....
EquateX 0x]
... Where '&name_name' is the public Name of the GUID. It may be followed by various Equates sets, particulary for accessing the vTable Functions.
Macros
[COMCall | mov eax D$#1 eax D$eax | push #L>3 | Call D$eax+#1.#2 D$#1]
Example
COMCall IMediaEventEx, FreeEventParams, D@evCode, D@evParam1, D@evParam2
